As much as we love close combat dps champions, it seems that Jarvan is better CC than damage dealer. Although his skills are good for horrasing enemies, he will probably end as Renecton, with a tank build on his shoulders. However it is good to know that Riot is still very creative. We like the new champion and hope to find some cake in him.
